Snapper was outstanding as well as the bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeño shrimp. Service was excellent. Ambience was excellent.

We had a fun experience, great food, and a beautiful view. Most of all, we had a terrific server - CASPER - who made sure that all our dining and entertainment needs were met.

We have planned our annual Easter brunch at Switchgrass for several years——-the ideal venue for a special celebration. The variety on the buffet is impressive, and the selections relate to everyone’s taste. We met the pastry/dessert chef who deserves extra kudos for her inventiveness and skill. Service was attentive and un rushed —-the perfect combination. Many items were “first-timers” like the delicious Monte Cristo bites, homemade rolls, deviled eggs, leg of lamb, and herb-rubbed tri-tip. The you-peel-em shrimp was large and kept cold throughout. And how to top those omelette makers whose egg creations were sheer artistry! Once in, the experience was positive overall. I think the reservation receptionists could be more cordial and accommodating and less Denny-esque. Hostessing is a professional aspect of the hospitality industry, and those who are making the first impression on diners should treat patrons as they would want to be treated. Providing a welcoming entry point and comfortable seating sets the tone for the rest of the meal.
