Beautiful evening lovely view and delicious food. Staff pleasant but not fake, very authentic. Alex great waiter with nice personality and knowledgeable about the food industry.

This place is a jewel in Jacksonville. We felt like we were in Dallas or Chicago with the ambiance and service. The Chilean sea bass and filet were delicious. Only complaint is the per glass wine price. $23 per glass seemed too high even with the $100 steak prices. Love this place though.

Our party of four had an excellent calamari appetizer, followed by four different entrées. We ordered from the earlybird menu for some items and the regular menu for others. Everything was excellent including the deserts from the earlybird menu. Our service was also excellent, and the recommendations of the server were spot on. All in all it was a wonderful experience. Chart House is now back on top as it used to be years ago. A change in management and perhaps corporate policy and a new chef made all the difference. Our meal was very enjoyable and we will return again and again.

The care that was given to us was so nice. My friend can’t do garlic or onion. That was handled perfectly without making my friend feel ostracised or like she was asking for the moon The wahoo special was delicious. The veggies felt like fall but zinged like spring ! Our server. Sorry forgot her name. I’m so sorry about that. Was amazing. Let us enjoy catching up without constantly bugging us on ordering and moving table Thank you for a great night

Atmosphere was great, got seated in a side booth where there was less noise. Tried the house amber which was good, wife liked her cocktail. Pizza was a bit disappointing, advertised as Chicago style but not really, was only about halfway up the pan and the toppings were REALLY scattered. Our waiter was personable; had a lot of rain while we were there and had a drip by our seat, but we deployed an empty glass to reduce the splatter.
