Our full service bar has 14 seats and accommodates walk-in's on a first come, first served basis.While there is no dress code at Sorella, we encourage guests to dress smart casual. The music volume in the restaurant is loud with a lively vibe. We have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals before your reservation will be canceled. No shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Welcome to the Steam Plant Restaurant and Brew Pub! This historical building actually functioned as a steam plant between 1916 and 1986, when the last boiler was shut down in December of that year.Then years later, the old plant was transformed from a dirty, drab industrial behemoth into a cathedral-bright architectural showcase becoming a functional commercial space while maintaining as much history and equipment as possible within the rigid guidelines of historic renovation. Fortunately, the iconic twin stacks continue to lend a uniqueness to the Spokane skyline. Since reopening in November 2021, the Steam Plant has partnered with Grain Shed Brewing whose beers are made with regionally sourced ingredients. The bar and dinner menus have been updated to showcase local favorites. Prices range from $11 - 16 for shareable appetizers, soups & salads, handhelds, and pizza; entries range from $18 - 38; and desserts range from $9 - 19 for the Steam Plant Shareable that feeds 4-6 people.

    We were celebrating our 23rd anniversary and couldn't have had a better experience. They gave us a window seat and had a happy anniversary card ready on the table. Our server was amazing, and the food was OUTSTANDING! They even gave us a crem brulee desert on the house. We will definitely be back! ❤️

    We love this place. They use fresh, local ingredients and pair them to make marvelous creations. We tried the scallops and pork tenderloin, and they were fantastic. So tender and good. We also love the beet salad, and the prosciutto with the burrata was delicious with the peaches. The coconut cake as well as the caramel and chocolate cakes were a great way to finish the night. It is pricey, but definitely worth it.

    We celebrated our mom’s 82nd birthday; a party of 4. We started off with the focaccia bread which was gobbled up and very much loved! Our server was fantastic! The atmosphere was very unique and pleasant. Our only complaint was the volume was loud due to the size of dining area and no carpet . We still had a great time. My father had the eggplant and he said it’s the BEST he has EVER had (90 yrs.old) the rest of us had lasagna which was delicious lots of cheese 🧀 ample portions! We will do this again!!
