We celebrated our two year anniversary here and received a little gift/note from the staff welcoming us and celebrating our reason for being there. The service was top notch, the atmosphere was perfectly spooky yet elegant, and the food was delicious. My partner's gluten allergy was not an issue as they were prepared with yummy options for him. I am so happy to have experienced an amazing meal from the artisan bread, appetizers, entrees and dessert! Things we loved: amazing service from the entire team, cod fritter (the best fritter ever!), sun-dried tomato gnocchi, seared octopus, Cioppino (oh my goodness!), grilled sirloin steak, market fish and the dessert with chocolate! That was a memorable meal that will go in the books! Thank you CIA for our wonderful and amazing experience!More infoAmerican Bounty at The Culinary Institute of America$$$$• American• Hyde Park•4.7
