Our favorite restaurant in Steamboat so far. The small plates are great because you can try multiple items…and all are just tremendous. The service is always first rate…friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It is an absolute pleasure to dine here.

We loved this place. Everyone was delightful from the moment we walked in the door. The food was fantastic. 10/10 will visit again.

During our visit yesterday, my wife and I indulged in a delightful culinary experience at this restaurant. The menu offered a wide array of delectable options, and our food arrived warm and tender. While my New York strip lacked a bit of salt, the overall taste was simply irresistible. To complement our meal, we opted for a bottle of wine, which was expertly paired with our dishes. Our waitress was attentive and always checked on us to ensure our satisfaction. However, the standout feature of this restaurant was their salad bar, which was an absolute delight. Every ingredient was fresh and bursting with flavor, making it a must-try for anyone visiting. We couldn’t resist the temptation to return solely for the incredible salad bar.

Cypress is a must visit for anyone coming to Steamboat Springs. The food is absolutely amazing and you can tell with every bite that the culinary team is crafting their dishes from scratch. The seafood gumbo was perfectly balanced and you could taste the “creole flavor” in every bite. And every dish we had was equal or better to the gumbo. Our server was super attentive, but never intrusive.The atmosphere was perfectly suitable for any type of group. Well done Cypress! Five Stars all the way.

The new food and new menu is great! Maybe another server, it was a lot of tables for 1 waitress.
