The new All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar, which is located on the site of what was a tackle & bait shop in 1936, draws inspiration from the materials and tools once sold there. It celebrates Seattle's maritime industry, from the portraits of fishermen and articulated shelves to the fresh seafood highlighting the best of the Pacific Northwest. The rustic materials draw from the simplicity of fishing boats, incorporating worn white-washed wood, metal, and simple white brick.

Capital Grille is a steakhouse and has maintained excellent service and quality over the years. The steaks and chops are top quality, but so are the side dishes, and are always perfect. They truly go the extra mile for special occasions and I have been choosing Capital Grille for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, graduations) for more than a decade. They always wow my guests and make them feel like a rockstar.

I had not been to the George since the remodel and was hopeful but not sure what to expect. I was so happy to NOT be disappointed! Everything was wonderful! The ambiance lifts you - your spirits- makes you feel as if you are on a small vacation- gorgeous! The attention of the wait staff is superb! The food is spectacular - from the appetizers to the main course to the dessert and the presentation (which is very important to me) - is flawless! I believe we have found our new " go-to" place for evenings out, special occasions and such. Thank you, "George", for providing this! :)

Kathryn was our server & was an absolute delight. She knew the menu, answered our questions, and made sure the entire experience was a pleasure. The food was extraordinary—gnocchi & lamb were out of this world—and Kathryn was always right on the spot with each course, a drink, or an anecdote. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food service and ambiance, as usual very good, prices are too high. As a consequence we go out less than once a month now. Also, rarely go into Seattle because of the minimum wage but still an expectation of a tip. When we come to Seattle, it is only out of necessity-someone staying in town who doesn't want to travel for dinner and so on. We have given up Symphony and Opera tickets so we no longer have to go to the westside.
