Our renaissance inspired restaurant is based on polish royal cuisine. Copernicus stands for traditional recipes interpreted in an innovative manner by our talented Chef – Krzysztof Waś. In our menu you will find mushrooms, quails, crayfish, asparagus and other precious products. Copernicus restaurant has gathered a lot of prizes and awards – among others, the Michelin guide recommendation.     Outstanding in every way! We chose POD RÓŻA restaurant looking for an upscale restaurant in the Old Town within walking distance of the Galeria based on a Google search showing 4.8 stars. Wow. We've travelled seven continents and many beautiful cities, but this is a must-do experience. We were seated in a smaller section of the restaurant holding 6 or so tables. Ambiance, service, comfort, tempo were all top 5% of my experience. And notice I haven't mentioned the food yet. We both had the tasting menu. Presentation and taste were Michelin status for sure. Beautifully prepared, full of wonderful, often surprising, and perfectly blended taste experiences with a local but modern flair. My wife doesn't drink but I added the wine pairing which was superb. I guess I just can't say enough good things - try it for yourself! This is a meal worthy of marriage proposals. We return every December and are now POD RÓŻA's newest annual guests. p.s. Price? Amazing!!

    What a wonderful dining experience. Creative dishes, we savored every bite. The service was impreccable and knowledgeable. Our 5 course menu was more like 12 with the included amuse bouche. Highly recommend!!!

    A wonderful experience. A cozy, intimate restaurant with a very warm atmosphere. The cuisine is Polish, featuring local dishes from the Krakow region, made with regional ingredients in a fine dining style. We were lucky to try the seasonal menu with goose, which I highly recommend. Great selection of wines and cocktails. A perfect spot for a date!
