'Kento', a name that ideally unites Japan and Sardinia. In the Japanese language, this word refers to health. In Sardinian, it refers to the people who have reached 100 years of age. The proposal of Michelin-starred Theodor Falser brings to our tables an interpretation of his Pan-Asian cuisine using local ingredients: fish, meat and vegetables from Sardinia lend an original flavour to dishes typical of the Far East, in a gastronomic proposal unique to the island that can only be savoured here. Parliamo di Ex Tipografia, il nuovo locale del Corso Vittorio Emanuele pedonale, allangolo con il Largo Carlo Felice. il locale è in perfetto stile americano. Negli Stati Uniti, infatti, i market bar sono diffusissimi e, proprio come avviene lì, allex Tipografia si può mangiare comodamente seduti in uno dei tavolini interni o esterni, ma anche comprare il cibo e le bevande esposte per la vendita. «Lidea di aprire un locale di questo tipo è nata da alcuni viaggi che abbiamo fatto afferma Luca Sanna soprattutto negli States. Abbiamo pensato di fare qualcosa di innovativo che a Cagliari non cè mai stato e la gente sembra apprezzare tantissimo». Il menù propone una varietà di pietanze preparate con ingredienti prevalentemente locali: dalla frutta e verdura di Mellus Food, alla carne acquistata dalla macelleria Vivarelli. Tra le specialità preparate dagli chef troviamo lEx Croque Madame (toast con prosciutto arrosto, avocado e lime), la bistecca Tbone di manzo allevato al pascolo, lhamburger di bue rosso e, tra le nuove proposte, il mix grain bowl (piatto vegano con latte di mandorle, frutta, bacche di goji,avena,quinoa e farro). E poi ancora, il Carasau Wrap (pane lentu prodotto dal laboratorio artigianale Antichi Gesti di Sadali, julienne di pollo, verdure, pecorino e salsa di yogurt). Ex Tipografia è aperta 7 giorni su 7 dalle 8 a mezzanotte, venerdì e sabato fino alluna di notte

    Great experience overall. Amazing service, Giulia was our waitress and she was very professional and attentive. Other waitresses were also serving us and were all great. The food was amazing, especially the pork belly. We booked the table for sunset time and the views were amazing and did not disappoint

    Amazing neapolitan style pizza. The only issue is that although located in a resort town, so highly popular in Summertime when everybody is on vacation, they have turns for dinner. We sat down at 8.30pm and we were asked to leave at 10 pm! How can anybody enjoy that?
