Riccardo and Marybeth welcome you to their 3rd property, Maribella Ristorante. Opening R Wine Bar & Kitchen in 2018, Vespa Catering and Brix Wine Bar in 2022, and Trio Jazz Club in 2024, they have created a culture of hospitality for guests who feel like family. Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and immigrated to Boston when he was 5-years-old. He stayed in the Boston area for college and attended Tufts University. Marybeth, born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, moved to Boston to be a nanny and went to Somerville School of Nursing. The two met in Medford, MA, dated and became engaged in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard in 1996. Relocating to Sioux Falls, SD in 1999, Riccardo and Marybeth have developed a reputation for making people feel welcome with their three boys, Dante, Berent, and Jaxon.     We selected Ironwood to celebrate my partners birthday. It was both of our first time visiting. The experience was perfect for the celebration! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was quiet and calm. Our server, Alex, was phenomenal. He did a great job making sure we were doing okay, explaining all the menu options, answering all our questions, and overall making sure we were enjoying ourselves. We will most definitely be back for future celebrations!

    We drove almost 6 hours to eat here! The food is amazing! My second visit, my husband’s first. He loved it. It is pricey, but worth every penny! We will definitely go back!
