Thank you for your attention to all the details that provide for a delicious meal and excellent, pleasant service. This the 2nd time I have dined in you restaurant thus week. The service was exceptional with B as our server that returned and had a great night tonight as well. Congratulations Bayside you are an 11 as you have everything plus you have made the environment a place where you can come with friends and have a conversation. Many restaurants these days do not. A place to enjoy with a special someone or good friends.

We did the dinner under the dime experience and it was top notch. Our waitress was stellar and the service impeccable. The food was excellent and we did the wine pairings as well that were tailored to each dish.

Had another lovely dinner at Chaster House. Always delicious. We started with a beet salad which was incredible, and then ordered Short Ribs and the beef tenderloin, both delicious. It was concerning that there was only one other couple dining while we were there, and on a Friday night! It was empty! I would hate to lose this gem of a restaurant, but perhaps the higher prices have forced patrons elsewhere.
