Marilou had a friendly greeting and had our table ready. Tatiana provided Her usual great service. Celebrating Grandparents Day, We shared Oysters on the half shell with Our Granddaughter - We dined on a Wedge Salad, a Shrimp Louie, and a Tuna Sandwich on a Crescent Roll. Everything was delicious.

This was our first experience at Charlie Palmer and we chose the restaurant because we had concert tickets at the same resort for later that night. We had such a great experience and the food was top notch. It was also such a treat to have our entire evening in one location. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Stopped by after the awesome Rib Cook Off (a must attend if you are looking for the best Ribs ever). This was the hot spot after the show and even with all of the action, the staff and food were absolutely amazing. We got paired up with Khan and he's super awesome. I couldn't recall what my party had to eat, I was way too busy chomping on my ribeye and fries I seemed to ignore the company I was with 😂

Our sunset cocktails, appetizers and dinners were delicious, prepared professionally and serviced expertly by Jordan. She made certain that my wife’s birthday dinner was perfect. Kim, the General Manager gave my wife and I a personal tour of their property. Thank you.

We had breakfast three times at Rosie's. Both times we had excellent service from the wait staff. We had friends from Australia with us and he likes his toast Burnt...and I do mean Burnt...and it arrived blackened and he was very pleased. Thank you for being open!
