- AAllison VancoughnettVancouver / British Columbia •2 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoMark B ( I believe that’s correct ) was a wonderful server. He elevated our dining experience exponentially!! He was always attentive, keeping an eye on us whilst he was still serving his other diners. I served for years and that’s how you spot a pro, one who has taken the order, offered recommendations, with friendly engaging attitude, delivered the correct orders, spot checked the table satisfaction but then had the sense of mind to keep watch incase he saw something go amiss without first disturbing us constantly, as many servers make the mistake of doing. The running staff tried to deliver orders that weren’t ours but he caught that it was happening right away and came to ensure we were still enjoying our experience dispite mistakes by others. The food was delicious and the cocktails and wine were excellent. The view can’t be beat obviously! My one comment would be that the images displayed on Open Table advertising the FIFA dining experience were misleading. Had it been busier, the TV showing the game would certainly not have sufficed as it was small and tucked in the corner. Which, I get, but still, it looked like were were coming to watch on VERY large screens and had we not had a table right in front of the TV, I guarantee you my husband would have had something to say about it… (allllll night). ;) Thank you for an overall wonderful experience! Worth the trip from our little Noeth Burnaby ‘hood for date night. Will obviously be back time and again.More infoDockside Restaurant$$$$• Northwest• Granville Island•4.1

- EEvelynVancouver / British Columbia •7 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoOur family of 8 celebrated a birthday with dinner at the Keg. We had made reservations and we were seated promptly. Our waiter Angus provided friendly efficient service and we were all treated so well. I must mention that Angus made it a point to say Thank you for choosing the Keg to celebrate - we have celebrated many birthdays at the Keg over the years. This was really nice to hear from Angus and I appreciated it. Everything we ordered for starters and entrees was beautifully prepared and delicious. It was a joyous evening. We ordered multiple starters which were shared family style - escargot, backed wrapped scallops, French fries, onion rings, burrata and tomato, lobster gratin, cheesy garlic bread, mushroom Neptune . All delicious and every bite finished! The steaks are always done perfectly to the correct doneness - and especially good with the lobster and scallop Oscar and fully loaded baked potato. Boy - our family sure knows how to eat!!! Our experience with the Keg is that the appetizers are good, the steaks and burgers are done well. Their Keg Special menu are good value and have plenty of options. And of course, the Billy Miner pie is the perfect way to finish off the meal. I would highly recommend The Keg Steakhouse at Granville Island for a group dinner. Good atmosphere, good food and good service And another plus is that parking is good too!More infoThe Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Granville Island$$$$• Steakhouse• Granville Island•4.5

- BBrianLos Angeles •3 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 28, 2026Great service, we were welcomed immediately and seated at our table quickly. Our round table had a lazy Susan spinner so it was wonderful to order family style, and our party of 11 was able to enjoy a multitude of dishes. Not all of their tables have this feature, but I really like that we did. The food quality was top-notch and came quickly, but in stages so that we weren't overwhelmed with all of our food at once. I wish we had pre-ordered the roasted duck. Had I known we would be eating family style I definitely would've done this beforehand. They had texted me asking if we wanted to pre-order the roasted duck but we declined and I regret it. The cocktails and other drinks were good and they checked in with us to make sure we had all we needed. Our table also had a beautiful view of the harbor, directly overlooking the water and a lot of other tables at the restaurant have a similar view. The bill was a little bit on the expensive side, but it was a wonderful meal for the 11 of us so I still say it was worth it. Definitely recommend.More infoChang'an$$$$• Chinese• Yaletown•4.7
