Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas.     We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and it was our first time at a Japanese steakhouse. We enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish! The cook outdid himself with his skills on the grill and he even sang happy birthday while cooking our food. We both ordered the NY steak dinner. The steak was absolutely delicious! The restaurant had a nice ambiance to it and the service was great!

    Momiji Redmond has quickly become one of our favorite spots in the neighborhood! The food is consistently fresh and beautifully presented, and every dish we’ve tried has been full of flavor. The atmosphere is just as wonderful: stylish and cozy, perfect for a casual dinner or a special night out. The staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience feel welcoming. Highly recommended!!!

    My friend and I had dinner here and they were having a special menu which included appetizer, Main entree, and dessert. It was all fantastic. I had the soup and my friend had the salad and they were both delicious. For the entrée, I had the pork tenderloin and it was really, really good. My friend had the salmon and she said it was also fantastic. Dessert was also very good. It was very good value and extremely tasty. Our server was also fantastic.
