Handmade, seasonal dishes and great pub classics, this picture-perfect pub, with a rich history that dates to the 17th Century is nestled within the pretty village of Bradley. A foodie paradise, that serves up all the great classics you would expect from a quintessential British Pub, alongside elevated dishes boasting fresh, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients creating exciting, innovative and generous dishes…that’s in addition to wickedly good burgers and ‘big’ sharing flatbreads! The team pour in the handmade, so you enjoy the difference. Curated wines, great ales, premium spirits, and handcrafted cocktails compliment your dining experience, and if you are simply visiting for drinks, you may well still be tempted by the bar bite menu! Adding more value into your weekend visit, free live music on Saturday evenings sets a cheerful tone once food service is complete, and if Sunday Roast is your thing, you won’t want to miss the Sharing Roast Board, booking is strongly advised.

Booking with The Ivy is seamless. The restaurant is well organised and staff, at all levels are professional and welcoming. The menu, whilst fairly short, is comprehensive allowing for considered choices. The food is, in my experience, faultless. Everything served is presented attractively. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food provided. The menus are flexible enough to allow for a 1, 2 or 3 course meal dependent on your choice and hunger level. Dishes are modern and well balanced and napery is linen which does enhance the dining experience. The wine list is good and the cocktail menu always includes some seasonal choices. A great place to eat in a relaxing environment.

Albert Cafe is such a lovely place, especially the outdoor seating beside the river. I booked a table for my family to celebrate a wedding and the staff were absolutely lovely. They were accommodating and all so kind. We had the lovely surprise of having a bite to eat (which was delicious!) there whilst the Pride Festival was on and we were treated to listening to the music playing there all afternoon. It was such a lovely environment and I'd recommend it to everyone, we'll definitely be going again :)
