Great anniversary dinner for us tonight. Everyone who visited our table was friendly and professional and even recognized us for our anniversary. Our primary server Michelle was incredible. Very cordial, great conversation and checked on us frequently throughout our meal. Every course of our meal was perfect. The ahi tuna appetizer was to die for. Our entrees were cooked as requested and dessert was delicious. A wonderful memorable evening for us.

We were a party of 6 - 4 had the grilled pork chops (delicious, tender and perfectly seasoned), two had Shrimp and Grits - tasty. As sides, we tried the cornbread - the very best, greens - delicious and blackeyed peas - delicious. Gabe our server was excellent - efficient, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. We"ll be back!

We originally started coming here because the service was unmatched, and that hasn't changed one bit. Of course, the food is always fantastic, but what truly makes this restaurant special is the people. Johnathan and Katie, the two managers, along with Greg, our server, have always made us feel welcome and at home. We also want to give a special shoutout to the partner owner and other team members that we see regularly (I'm sure everyone that works there is great!): Jewels, Sydney, Liz, Jade, Kira, David, Nathan, and Nancy. Everyone goes above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. We love that they always take the time to stop by, chat, and have genuine conversations with us. It never feels like we're just another table. They're also incredibly attentive and quick to make things right if anything is ever wrong with our food or experience. We come here every Friday, and there's a reason we keep coming back. It's more than just a great restaurant; it's a group of genuinely wonderful people who make every visit enjoyable. Best restaurant and best group of people, hands down. We couldn't recommend them enough.

I ordered the salmon tartare, the butter poached filet and the chocolate cream pie. The salmon tartare was excellent; the filet was very good; and the chocolate dessert was fantastic. The warm bread and honey butter (wIth a pinch of salt on top) were delicious. Burhan was my server, and he was extraordinary--professional, conversational and attentive.

We've been going to this location of Firebird's for several years. We always enjoy it, but there are some days better than others. Our recent visit was definitely top-notch! Service was so excellent, we made sure to tell the manager when they dropped by to see how our visit was going. We were there at lunch, so vibe was moderate, not as crowded, but definitely a good amount of people for lunch. The food was excellent, salads and smash burgers for the "Perfect Pair" menu. It was an excellent outing for sure. Host, waiter, kitchen, and manager... all top-notch! Thanks, we'll be back for sure!
