Cathy Ortega & Gerald Aquintey didn't know what to expect after finally opening up a Filipino small grocery & takeout joint together. The shop was doing great but they wanted to do more. They wanted to give Toronto a much more authentic Filipino taste and experience without the price of a flight to the Philippines. Kamayan / Boodle Fight (the formality of eating with your hands) was the obvious solution.

    Had another great evening at F'Amelia. We were a group of 10 and received first-rate service from our server Graham and the team. Everyone enjoyed pre-dinner cocktails and wine, and the food, as always, was fresh and delicious. We have been going to F'Amelia since it first opened its doors, and it never disappoints! Tanya, the Manager, has assembled a well-trained, dedicated and fun team.

    Great food and friendly service! Slight ding for ambience cause the back seating is a bit tight but overall a great experience. Did not feel rushed at all which was very appreciated on a Saturday PM catching up with a friend. Will def go back!

    Came here with 5 of my friends to grab Indian food midweek and catch up! The food was very good and the portions extremely large. We got the dinner for 4 + an additional curry and were very full. I have travelled throughout Ontario having Indian food and butter chicken factory is a great spot with very big portions. Will be coming back to try their brunch menu. The owner came to our table to check in and it was very thoughtful. If you haven’t also watch their TikTok videos.

    Excellent authentic Moroccan fare with friendly service. The only really authentic Moroccan resto in Toronto. We've been there 4 times so far and it's always good. The chicken pastilla is excellent -a must-have dish. Their tagines are well spiced and flavourful. Portions are reasonable. Decor is bright and cheerful. One day I hope to try theirs flans for dessert if I remember not to scarf down the main dishes first but it's hard to resist!
