From the greeting the service was impeccable big hats off to the management as all staff were dressed so nicely and they were so friendly. Earls Burnaby is our place of choice for family celebrations for quite a few years now. We’ll keep coming back. Our server Ben went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. He’s amazing!

we visited earls kitchen + bar station square to celebrate mother’s day and three may birthdays after an unexpected invitation from manager matt to come back. it honestly came out of the blue, and we left feeling really grateful before the evening even started. it was a thoughtful gesture, and it set a really nice tone for the night. earls has always been one of our family’s go to spots because it’s easy to get to, parking is convenient, the menu works well for sharing, and there are solid plant based options. there was a short wait after our 4:30 reservation, but things settled quickly and the evening felt warm from there. our server, bien-sa, was excellent, friendly, attentive, and very on top of everything without ever being intrusive. she made us feel comfortable right away and even mentioned happy hour had been extended until 6 pm, which was a huge bonus. matt arranged a selection of complimentary appetizers for the table, which we really appreciated. we had calamari, salt and pepper wings, margherita pizza, crispy chili tofu, and fries, all well prepared and easy to enjoy together. there were a couple of small hiccups, a chipped glass that was quickly replaced and comped, and one drink that was a bit flat. mains like the chicken and ribs, grilled garlic chicken caesar salad, vegan pizza, and truffle fries were all solid, with only minor texture notes on the steak frites. to finish, we were surprised with three chocolate cakes with ice cream and candles for the birthdays, which was a really nice touch. overall, it wasn’t a perfect night, but it didn’t need to be. what stood out most was the genuine care and effort from both matt and especially bien-sa. we left feeling well looked after and will definitely be back.

The true oasis of fine food, wine 🍷, and the lake is free. Parking is there. Quite so perfect for business lunches. The old style Tudor castle is your host while the service is impeccable.

Shaquel (?) was the best server! Made our dining experience top notch! Something about this location / people that makes customers including me to come back!
