    Had such a good time here, the vibes are immaculate with great food to pair. The staff were very attentive and had my mother in law feeling like she was back in Chicago. Highly recommend ending with the ice cream sundae, it was a treat!

    We arrived at noon for lunch service on a Wednesday. The dining area was lightly attended. The view of the confluence of the Appomattox and James Rivers from the dining area was beautiful. We ordered cocktails (bloody mary and a white wine) as it was my wife's birthday. Our entries (Cesar salad with scallops and shrimp tacos) were well prepared and delicious. We shared a generous slice of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream which was outstanding. Our waitress, Hope, went above and beyond and was both cheerful and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, an excellent experience.

    Milk & Honey was an excellent dinner spot for our business meal. Everyone was very happy with their food - Gumbo, Crispy Salmon over Cheesy hash, and Chicken and Waffles. We were worried when we walked in to an empty restaurant but don't let that keep you away. Excellent food at reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
