Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

    This is now my 3rd time at this restaurant and every time has been a surprise! In the evening they have a live piano and weekends there’s a buffet and every other day there are great package deals for prepaid meals!

    We arrived on time, access was quick, and we got a good table on the terrace. The waiters were very attentive, the food arrived in good condition, and everything was delicious. The view of Chapultepec Park is beautiful. I would definitely return.

    Had an incredible anniversary dinner here last night. Great vibe, beautiful space, and fantastic service without feeling stuffy. The green-style veggie mole with artichoke, basil, pine nuts, and herbs was super interesting and delicious. The ricotta ravioli and Wagyu steak weren’t necessarily unique dishes, but both were incredibly well executed and absolutely delicious. The steak was my favourite thing we ordered. Also loved the Cocoa Highball. Super refreshing, unique, and not sweet at all. Went to Rosetta the night before and was honestly underwhelmed, so this place completely exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend.
