Yesterday we celebrated our son’s 26th birthday at Macarena and we had a wonderful time. Everyone from the hostess, the people bringing out our food to our waiter Felipe were super nice! Felipe was amazing , he was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He made us feel very welcomed and he explained the menu as well as gave us recommendations of what his favorite meals are. The food was delicious aswell we had the pan con tomate , octopus paella, the rib eye and the wagyu. We also ordered some cocktails : piña colada, cava sangria and traditional sangria. For dessert we had the saquets de crema ( not sure if I’m spelling that correctly) and they also brought out a chocolate dessert on the house and sang happy birthday to our son. I think Felipe and staff need a raise :) we will most definitely be coming back.

This is my 4th time at Zatinya in the last two months or so, first time for lunch. We've taken different people there each time and everyone is impressed with the wonderful food and many inviting options on their menu. I'm a huge fan of Mediterranean food and there aren't that many higher end choices in this area so this fills the gap. I highly recommend the Kofta kebab small plate, the Babaganoush with pomegranate seeds, the brussel sprout dish, the cauliflower dish and the shrimp. I also enjoyed the Lamb chops for dinner and they were delightful. Honestly you can't go wrong here. The beet salad was also very good. I can go on and on. I do have to say that the chicken skewers were just fine but not as good as the Kofta which melt in your mouth. The pita they bring to the table are really unique, puffed right out of the oven as is the olive oil and pomegranate syrup dipping plate that is served to every table. The servers we've had there have all been great.
