Phenomenal steakhouse: Incredible menu options. Most difficult part of the evening is deciding what to eat. Incredible service. Delicious cocktails. Go when you can.

Fantastic experience! Per our request, we were seated downstairs where we like the ambience. Claire (I believe) was attentive and helpful. She noticed we were deep in conversation at times and showed us she was there if needed without I interrupting us. She made several suggestions which we appreciated and enjoyed trying. We started with the ricotta and grilled sourdough bread - 5 stars, just delicious and toasted perfectly. Tried the eggplant and meatball sides and both were excellent, full of flavor and a lot of sauce as I like it. We enjoyed the crab and corn Ravioli, a seasonal special. I was blown away with the creamy sauce and sweet and savory taste, it was like an explosion of flavors in a great way. The crab chunks were large and tender. Also had the spicy vodka pasta and it was also excellent and prepared well. It was definitely spicy like the name says. We like our pasta al dente and both exceeded our expectations. It was a very memorable evening and we will be back! One additional note and important comment. 5 stars for value which I rarely give these days. The portions I thought were perfect, though some would say smaller than average. The price reflected this which made me very happy. It’s an opportunity to order and try many items on the menu without worrying so much about the bill. I also appreciated the wine selection with multiple choices in the $60-$90 range. Also a rarity. My last two dining experiences at fine dining restaurants left me in serious sticker shock when the bill came even though I saw the prices on the menu. This included food and drinks. Kudos to those that own/manage Pepp and Dolores for serving high quality food at a price point we can digest well. If you haven’t been, put this on your list and plan ahead with your reservation!

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly welcoming—making us feel like we’d been coming there for years. The food was very good, and it’s clear the hotel operates with a strong sense of teamwork. Every person we interacted with was positive and energetic, which made the experience even better for us—especially since my wife loves to chat. We can’t wait to bring some friends back for an evening out. I had the duck, and it was absolutely fabulous.
