Amazing experience and hands down the best sushi I have ever had. Miku continues to exceed itself each visit. Same server as previous years, as always an immaculate professional and that alone is worth the visit. Amazing curated meal experience with every request accommodated. Loud table behind us, but that's not their fault.

I’m a solo traveler from Colorado, and Nightingale was hands down the highlight of my trip. From the moment I walked in, the hostesses made me feel like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. Warm, genuine, and completely unhurried. My server Andrea was exceptional. Her recommendations weren’t just good, they were thoughtful and spot on. She knew every detail of the menu with real confidence and passion, and every single suggestion landed perfectly. To the kitchen staff and Chef Hawksworth’s team: I don’t know how you do it, but every single bite was extraordinary. The beet salad, the full clam spaghetti, the salted caramel pot de crème. The clam to spaghetti ratio was literally perfect, and the jalapeño is a revelation. That pot de crème was the perfect ending to a perfect meal. You know a meal is special when you genuinely consider skipping brushing your teeth at bedtime, just so you might catch one more taste of it in your dreams. Nightingale, you have a customer for life. I’ll be back every time I’m in Vancouver, and I’ll be telling everyone I know.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Such great service and food! So thoughtful for my partner's birthday, he had a card and a sweet dessert to end it right! Everything was 12/10!!

My second time here. Great service both at the bar and table. Wonderful food. We shared the seafood paella and it was perfect.
