He knew we were there for our daughters bday and brought out cake without being prompted! We ate in the Florence dining room and it was private and quiet with a great atmosphere!More infoGiancarlo's$$$$• Steakhouse• Buffalo•4.8
- RRyanUpstate New York •1 review4.0Dined 6 days agoAtmosphere is nice and classy the moment you walk in. Service was a *tad* slow, but didn't take away from the experience. Once we got rolling, they were very attentive with water, wine, clearing, etc. The Caymus was absolutely perfect to go with our meals! The Grand Seafood Tower that is listed to serve 4+ is probably better for 2 people. We got a half-size version and were a little underwhelmed at the portion (1 King Crab leg, 1 half lobster, 3 jumbo shrimp, a small portion of lump crab, and 3 oysters). The filet was on-par with any other steakhouse. Ordered MR, but came out M. The wagyu was a little less than expected, but it was Australian MS5 and certainly better than most of the other cuts. It came out cooked perfectly though. The sides were great (Mushrooms and Cauliflower Gratin). They brought out a slice of cake to celebrate our date night which was phenomenal! Best flourless chocolate cake I've ever had! Also ordered the Banana Creme Trifle--solid 7/10. Was a little bit pricier than I would have expected, but that's also the economy right now. Overall, would definitely recommend and return.More infoblack & blue Steak and Crab - Buffalo$$$$• Steakhouse• Buffalo•4.7
