Always such a wonderful experience at the Inn. We arrived as the sun burst through the clouds and so we sat outside to enjoy it. We ordered drinks and the crab roll and goats cheese plates, our son had the kids burger which they accommodated some swaps for him. We had a second round of drinks and dessert and throughout our time there we were checked on and well looked after. The staff were personable and friendly and the vibe was chill with a splash of excitement. We had a wonderful time and will be sure to visit again throughout the spring / summer months. Thank you guys!

Great restaurant that has a lovely feel about it and is informal in style with an open kitchen, but the food is Top Notch and full of flavour without being overpriced. Nice welcome and a hello from the chefs too! Simple decor but well done to keep the informal vibe throughout. The table for two was a little on the small side, but adequate and the tables don’t feel to be squeezed in to the generous floor space. Great selection on the menu and it’s nice to have a Snack option as well as the starters, mains and puds. Set lunch is a great alternative to A La Carte and very well priced. The Cheddar Fries as a snack ahead of your Starters are a Must… or have them alongside your starters to share across the table like the adjacent table did. Divine little cubes of cheesy, potato heaven! The food is seriously high quality and all with local heritage too. Serious culinary ability goes in to making food this yummy. We managed the snack, starters mains and a pudding each and felt comfortably full without being stuffed… the Panna Cotta and Rhubarb was such a finale and lingered for a long time. So good to have a restaurant of this quality in the region. Keep up the great work, Nicholas and The Amazing team!

Went with a friend for Sunday lunch. Had a fabulous roast - delicious, served hot and well presented. Dessert was excellent too - and plentiful. Staff were all lovely and provided great service. Would highly recommend.
