Founded by restaurateur Marno McDermott and former Green Bay Packers player Max McGee in 1975, Chi-Chi's quickly became a beloved staple in the American dining scene. Initially opened in Richfield, Minnesota, the restaurant stood out with its vibrant Mexican "eatery" concept, enticing guests with family dining in a Mexican garden atmosphere and offering superb food and pitchers of margaritas.     My husband and I went for lunch and every thing that passed our lips was fantastic. The fresh made bread, Caesar salad and our entrees -shrimp cacio e Pepe and spicy crab pasta were off the hook. Even reheated for lunch today, still fantastic. We also ordered the small “sample” size tiramisu and crème brûlée. Perfection! And our server, Cassandra, was phenomenal. I was debating on a mocktail and she pointed me to the perfect one. I can’t remember what it was called but it had berries and ginger beer and was so refreshing. Definitely recommend!!

    Martina was a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint! The waiter gave us great recommendations for food and we all enjoyed every dish! The food was excellent Bonus it’s in a super cute neighborhood
