Katie took care of us and she was the best, she demonstrated her expertise and knowledge by recommending a suitable wine bottle based on my preferences. We had a wagyu tartare, one of my all-time favorite appetizers, which was quite good. I’d rate it a solid 3/5. Our dinner was also enjoyable. However, I strongly advise against ordering the asparagus and fries. Trust me, you won’t miss them at all. The service was quick, everyone was attentive, and the desserts were delicious!

It was our first time there and we were celebrating our anniversary. The service was exceptional and very personal. Multiple staff members congratulated us for our anniversary, and we even had a Happy Anniversary card at the table when we arrived signed by the staff members. Nick was our server and friendly and attentive and was very thorough explaining the menu options and specials. We opted to try things we never had eaten before. The Sherry Braised Oxtail appetizer was delicious. I ordered one of the nights specials. I had the Black cod that I thought was great and definitely a different flavor and texture than regular cod and was very moist and not over cooked, but my wife found it a bit fishy for her taste, She had the Coffee Crusted Prime Zabuton and we both enjoyed it but she'd probably order the Filet next visit. All sides were great and the it was surprising for us both that nothing was over seasoned or salted. I even asked Nick to personally thank the chef for us. We opted for a dessert drink instead of dessert. Overall it was and great experience for us and we look forward to going again soon.

The Collaboration on the Knoll dinner was fantastic, showcasing excellent food and wine pairings in a wonderful space. Service was top notch and very friendly as well. And a special commendation on welcoming in solo diners!

Great experience at this very special dinner. I especially liked how receptive and welcoming they were to a solo diner. Highly recommended, whether for bar bites, one of the weeknight menus or a special event.
