Great experience. This was our second time there, this time with some good friends. We had talked the place up and were not disappointed. In fact they want to take some of their friends and family there. So glad we found this wonderful restaurant.

The service was very slow. Our friends received their drinks before us and we got there and ordered prior to them. It was not that busy and our server was very nice. I prefer the lunch menu. More affordable.

The food is amazing! It seems random to have such a great restaurant at a hotel but the Chef and Asst Chef (not sure of formal title) are amazing! We started with the warm Caprese dish. It’s not a “salad” but a delicious flavorful light but large dish. We also had the meatballs with polenta. Perfectly cooked and not dried out at all. We had the Rib-eye and the Halibut. Both cooked to perfection. Not over cooked for either which happens so frequently. Then of course, we ended with the peanut butter mousse. To die for! Go meet the Chef when you visit. He is lovely!

This is the second time I have made a reservation to see the Sue Palmer Band. Both times I was seated right in front of the band. As a result they recognized me and that is great because this is my favorite band. I was served a delicious salmon and, because I stayed to hear the second set ,too many glasses of wine. A very happy occasion.
