About the restaurant
Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.

Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible and ask that you are considerate of other diners at the end of your meal. If you feel that your party requires more time, please let us know in the notes and we will get back to you with our available accommodations.

About the restaurant
Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside.

Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. Favorites on the menu include Fennel Braised Wild Boar Shoulder, Durham Ranch Bison Hangar Steak, and the Oven Roasted Duck Confit.

This place was perfecting honestly. The service was great. The food was amazing. The portion sizes were just right. I am excited to come back and try the rest of the menu.

Our first visit to Terra Plata was an exceptional experience. The Host gave us a warm welcome even though we were a bit late for our reservation. Our server Edward was so kind and caring—he made us feel special. We will return for special occasions as it is a short walk to the theatre in a vibrant neighborhood.

The Whale Wins Cafe and Larder offers James Beard Award winning wood-fired fare and casual counter-style service all day, 9am to 9pm. We are focusing on safely meeting the needs of our Fremont and Wallingford neighbors with expanded dine-in, carry out, espresso, grocery and bottle shop offerings.

We are taking reservations for indoor dining and will take requests for limited patio seating. Please note, our patio is heated but not covered and our dining room is chilly with the windows open. In the event of inclement weather, we will call you to confirm or modify your reservation.

Poquitos Chef Manny Arce offers authentic presentations of traditional Mexican cuisine while utilizing the regional benefit of high quality Northwest farms and purveyors. The braised short ribs were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. The esquites can be skipped. Very bland. Even with the lime, there was just no flavor, which is not at all how esquites should be. The service left a bit to be desired. Not even sure who our server was, since we had different people for every step: drink order, drink delivery, food order, food drop, check drop. We didn’t have anyone check on us after the food was dropped, but that was fine since it was absolutely delicious. Overall, come for the tasty food, but don’t expect to be dazzled by the service. Best for patient/lowkey diners. Would def come back for the short ribs and the fig/gin cocktail.

We offer gluten-free American Contemporary / Northwest cuisine with Northern Mediterranean influences - think Spanish, French, Italian, Greek & Turkish. We kept the culinary faves from Capitol Cider but added diverse & healthy options, courtesy of Chef Ton Yazici & Sous Chef Ben Jones.

In addition to our 150+ ciders, beer & full bar, we serve local Washington wines as well as a selection of Mediterranean ones, curated by winemaker Rich Burton.

Main dining room is all ages with 75 seats. Downstairs bar/event space holds up to 150 people - 21+only for regular hours (all ages for events).

Please note that if you reserve a large party & do not update your the guest count in advance (e.g. reserve for 12, show up with 4 people), we will charge your card for the remaining seats.

The Tin Table and Century Ballroom, hidden away on the second floor of the historic Oddfellows building, has been a local institution for the past 26 years. This is my third time eating at G&TG. The food has been spectacular each time. With a changing menu every so often, we had new dishes to try and were delighted with each bite. The smaller dishes are the perfect sharing size. We left pleasantly full without feeling over stuffed! Love this place. The only caveat is that it definitely is on the louder side, however it is still very easy to have a conversation with people in your party.

This was our first time dining at Francis, and it did not disappoint. From the soft-as-a-pillow, sourdough bread with a crunchy crust to the Lumberjack cake dessert, it was all delicious. We started with a glass of French champagne, the real thing, then had pasta with black truffle, and I had the steamed sole which was wrapped in a chard leaf. It had some Farro along with it in sauce. The portions are just enough so you don’t get too full. You need room for that cake with cardamom ice cream. Reserve the 30 days ahead.

Love everything about Foreign Cinema. It is a beautiful big open space, simple and elegant decor and a beautiful fresh and evolving menu. We wanted to taste everything one the menu, and our server enhanced the descriptions making it easier to choose. Everything was on point- fresh and good portion size. Cocktails and wine list are fun and unique. The movie playing on the rear wall is quiet enough to not disturb conversation, but present enough to be a conversation starter. This would make a great date spot! Outdoor seating is warm and cozy, even in the rain. Standard S.F. pricing (spendy) but it feels special and worth it.

HUGE KUDOS for the plentiful and delicious non-alcoholic offerings. So many SF restaurants have yet to embrace this trend and it is appreciated that Nightbird is promoting inclusivity. The Valentine's Tasting Menu was filled with charm, whimsy and deliciousness. Jordan and Mark were especially warm and welcoming and the special touches throughout - from heart shaped beets to the pre-dessert dessert - made for a special evening.

As three first-time diners to this recently opened. Restaurant, we found the restaurant atmosphere charming and tasteful. Beautiful lighting. Our server, Jesus, was outstanding in every way. The food was very good, We will definitely go back again.

Food was exceptional, and pasta tasting menu was very well valued! Service was quite spotty though, with the pacing of the courses/wine pairings just a bit off. I felt they were in over their heads even at the bar for the first 5:30pm seating. I don't know that I'd sit at the bar again but would rather wait for an actual table.

Although my reservation was for the wrong night, Jar accommodated us. We got the best seat in the house for my hearing problem. The food was delicious. I was only surprised by the cost. It was a prix fixe Valentine's dinner and I failed to find out the cost ahead of time. Our waiter was lovely and only wasn't available on this busy night to pay as close attention as I wanted.

Mooncusser was a wonderful place for a Valentine’s dinner. We went on the 13th and the entire experience was amazing. The service was top notch - so attentive, friendly and engaged. The meal was delicious too. Chef was able to accommodate my gluten allergy and dairy allergy with such ease. 90% of the menu was safe to begin with, and they really went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe and delicious experience. We were pleasantly surprised with how large the portions were for this tasting menu - we went home totally stuffed. Can’t wait to come back and also try Moon Bar downstairs. Thank you for a great experience!

I have a colleague who is in town about once a month and we like to try different restaurants. Urban Hearth has been on our bucket list and did not disappoint. The attentive service was perfectly timed; each course was amazing, and while we could have ordered more, the amount we chose suited us well and was absolutely delicious. About the restaurant
Yves Restaurant was inspired by Smith & Mills owners adoration of the small and highly personalized owner-operated neighborhood Café culture in Paris (Montmartre) and North Africa, Morocco. Yves occupies a two hundred year old former Seafarers Inn, across from the main downtown Hudson River entrance. The restaurant is washed in a minimalist design aesthetic in the heart of picturesque Tribeca. The photographic artwork is inspired by the marriage of fashion, design, community and people. The menu exudes clean and modern French fare sprinkled with a Moroccan influence. Although refined, the dishes are comforting, approachable and familiar. Our culinary team’s approach is simple sophistication balanced with a side of whimsy and fun.
Yves has been labeled the best view to water and people watching in Tribeca. The 46 seat (interior seating) is made much larger feeling by the 80 plus outdoor seats (weather permitting) on the corner of N Moore st with the Hudson River in the backdrop.

Almost 100 years old, this iconic East Village watering hole has pioneered “Dive Elegance”, where craft cocktails and a warm welcome meet. The bar has been a gritty dive bar frequented in the 1990s by The Ramones and The Bouncing Souls, who immortalized it in their “Holiday Cocktail Lounge” song. In the 1980s, Madonna, Iggy Pop and Keith Richards frequented its bar stools. Poets Allen Ginsburg and W.H. Auden were regulars in the 1970s, as was Godlis, who documented the punk rock scene, Frank Sinatra and Shelly Winters made it their haunt in the 1960s. Holiday Cocktail Lounge opened in 1950, succeeding The Ali Baba Burlesque, which entertained guests in the 1940s. The venue began its libational history back in 1919 as a speakeasy hidden in Ann’s Beauty Shop, attracting the likes of Russian revolutionary Leon Trotsky during his East Village sojourn. It was the city’s 50th licensed bar when Prohibition ended in 1933. The building itself dates back to 1835.

Always a special night at Grasso's. We've been coming since before the new owners. And it is better than ever. They serve a fresh baked roll with a hint of garlic when you sit down. For entrees, we have had the bone in veal chop twice, both times really large, and excellent. Previously parmigiano and last night with an incredible mushroom sauce, so good. We have had the zucchini linguini every time we dine here since we first tried it. It is all veggies, and all delicious. Ended with decaf coffee and decaf cappuccino, hot and impossible to distinguish from caffeinated coffee. I do not add milk to coffee if the restaurant does it right, which Grasso's always does. Served with biscotti I'm pretty sure came from a good bakery, not a package. Always live music, and where else can you find that on Long Island?

This was the first experience with Ethiopian food for my Fiancé and I and we both really enjoyed it with Latena. We ordered a Veggie and Meat sampler with Samosas and it was a great portion of food, and we were hungry too! The spice blends were fantastic and we cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend.

My colleague and I dined at Irma's Southwest last night and had a lovely dinner and experience. The service was welcoming and not rushed, they paced our courses perfectly, and we could hold a conversation without straining to hear one another while having a comfortable sit-down. Irma's is one of my go-to restaurants in Houston due to the combination of consistently great service and food.

I've had some phenomenal cheese boards (and some 'meh' ones). In the Monaco of cheese races, this one's a solid Max Verstappen. - Parker House rolls with chive butter. A word of warning to your family: you will absolutely not hesitate to RESORT TO VIOLENCE to get at this butter. I mean, I'm talking about sucker punching your kids, pushing your mother down, maybe even taking a pen knife to your best aunt. Chive butter. Know it, live it, eat it. - Beer Batter Fried Cauliflower - Don't sleep on this gem. This is the best fried cauliflower I've had in my life. My entire party agreed. Bet. - Meyer Lemon Risotto - Listen. Listen. We may or may not agree on much, my friend, but FACTS – risotto is not easy. The Love makes it feel effortless in its flavor profile and presentation. Get it. GET IT. - Southern Style Hush Puppies - Three words. SALTED. HONEY. BUTTER. Slather it on thick. If you have any on your face after, wipe with your finger and lick it off. Do not use a napkin. - Simple Caesar - Buddy, trust me. This salad is anything but simple. It dances all over your taste buds. Texture, flavor, all of it. Special shout out to the croutons. Of all crunchy bread products, these croutons alone are worth a trip to The Love. I know what you're saying – "gah, this review is good. A great meal, will definitely go again. Charred broccoli appetizer and beet/kale salad were both delicious as were the lobster pappardelle and the grilled octopus. Our server was attentive and topped off our water glasses frequently. Save room for dessert, the two we shared were an outstanding finish to a memorable meal.

It is definitely a brewery it doesn’t seem like an upscale restaurant when you walk in, however it was wonderful. We were sat promptly when we arrived. Chris did an awesome job taking care of us. You could really tell he enjoyed what he was doing. I had an Old fashioned, wife had a margarita both were good. We then had the wings as an app and the filet and ribs for entrees, all were good. The filet was definitely in the top 5 of steaks I’ve ever had, make sure you have them leave the sauce on the side it doesn’t need it. The ribs were cooked well and the sauce was good. We will definitely be coming back anytime we are in Atlanta.

What a wonderful experience. The food was so flavorful and the service outstanding. It is a true gem and somewhere you must try and you will want to become a regular. The kung pao shrimp with noodles...outstanding. And the cheesecake egg rolls. Wow.

Always reliable and delicious for the many years I've been a diner. The first visit this week of two, last night I ordered my old reliable pappardelle ragu bolognese and Brussels sprouts. I was pleasantly surprised that the focaccia before the meal was better than ever. Service is wonderful.

Have dined here 3 times. Consistently a great place to have lunch and dinner. Especially enjoy the salads. Food is not only beautifully presented the flavors are layered in every bite. Best restaurant in Charlotte! It's difficult to go out to a nice dinner, including wine, anywhere in this city and pay less than $150 for two. This seems to hold true for bad, mediocre and really good restaurants. Peppervine never disappoints and is always less expensive than the other popular names - Eddie V's, Capital Grill, Del Frisco's, Fig, Crunkleton's, etc. And a specific shout out to Tommy Trull, GM and sommelier at Peppervine. Super friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and always spot on with his wine suggestions.

Worth every dollar. Original cocktails (unfortunately we dont enjoy wine), food is absolutely amazing, tasty and delicate, everything is perfectly balanced. Service is impeccable. I've been the three times in 10 years, and each time is an irreproachable and Wonderful experience!

They were experiencing a short staffed kitchen which resulted in an abnormally long wait times for most tables. We could see the stress on the staff's faces. However, what allowed them to regain their 5 star standing in my book was their professionalism in remedying the situation. They acknowledged their faults and made up for it in a way that was surprising. This is how any high-end restaurant should handle a situation like this. They also didn't compromise on the food quality despite their short staff. Great job for recovering from this very stressful situation. I will come back 100%.

Thanksgiving- very attentive . My Duck was too salty. My potatoes were too salty too. But the rest was great. The Prime rib was great. And the turkey dressing was good and the cranberry was good

This was a wonderful experience. The ambiance is beautiful, the food is wonderful and the service was impeccable. Knowing it was our anniversary, they brought is complimentary champagne. It was incredible from start to finish.

I really love this little bistro. It's a bit out the way whenever I am in Memphis, but I make it a point to stop at Pepper and grab something on the go or dine-in for dinner. I had the French Mustard Chicken Thighs and Brandy Sweet Potato Pie. It was all delicious. The bistro is sort of rustic. It appears to be a work in progress, but I look forward to dining again very soon. Oh yes, try the Lavender and Earl Grey Tea cookies when you visit!
