The hostess was super friendly and helpful. Our food was good and our servers assistance was super nice and attentive. Unfortunately our server was not super attentive and the restaurant was super slow.

When made the reservation didn’t realize it was a price fixe required menu because of football game…that should be noted when making res. That being said the tri tip entree was “tough” for 60/person really expected much better. Appetizers were hit or miss. We’ve eaten at the bar upstairs and enjoyed but would not return to MacArthurs

The setting is fantastic, the food is passable and not memorable. Striped Bass on corn coulis was bland. Salmon was good. I asked for gluten free bread and Victor brought me two slices of ice cold sandwich bread. It warmed up eventually and I appreciated the effort. Server never came back during the meal. In the morning the breakfast buffet is truly almost inedible. Flavorless scrambled powdered eggs and badly textured breakfast potatoes is not what I expected. I didn't try the sausage or the bacon. All the fruit offered was excellent and they offered oatmeal, pastries, etc.

The food was fair at best. The steak was tough and overdone, the short ribs were not edible. The salads were just fine. Service was slow and the room was noisy. not at all a good experience. I would recommend eating off campus if you are at West Point. Very disappointing for all lin our party of five.

The food was exactly what we wanted. The server was new but so lovely, she went above and beyond for us. We were all soaking up the historic setting.

We had 8pm reservation and didn't get seated until after 9pm. Waited another hour for our food. Meal was decent except green beans were hard maybe cooked for a minute. My adult son ordered the bass and received a small portion with nothing else. We left at 1030 that night. We have another reservation on December 11th and plan on canceling.
