Mezzanotte Ristorante

We had an outstanding experience at Mezzanotte. The restaurant has a great vibe with delicious food and personalized service. Lily, our waitress made our experience worthwhile. We very much recommend dinning here.

Everything was wonderful at Mezzanotte Ristorante just a bit high price for the food would be my only complaint $82.00 is a bit but much!!

Our first visit and everything was lovely! The dishes we selected were fabulous! Flew me to the moon- delicious! A wonderful selection, so hard to choose. Our server was Curtis, very sweet fellow, attentive and genuinely nice! We were taking our son out as he was winding up his leave from the Air Force and we all had a special and memorable evening together. Thank you Mezzanotte

The food and drinks are always wonderful then add the nice live music and fabulous people, you won't find a better place in Houston.

Food and atmosphere was very good. Waiter was friendly but not on the ball.

The Flat Iron Steak was great. I had it accompanied with mixed veggies while my date had her steak with garlic mashed potatoes. We started the evening with the escargot. It appeared to have been cooked in a garlic wine reduction. The escargot was good but far from the best I have had.
Mezzanotte's has a great selection of single-malts at reasonable prices. My date for the evening had two glasses of the house red. She said it was a good wine for a house selection.
Friday and Saturday evenings, Mezzzanotte has live music. This Saturday, the music was provided by a very talented Sax player.
Mezzanotte Ristorante is a great local restaurant and I highly recommend it.

Wednesday night is tapas night. It is our favorite way to perk up Wednesday. We purchase several different small dishes and share them. It is a fun meal with a lot of variety at a very reasonable price.

Mezzanote is a slice of heaven on earth! It’s been our favorite restaurant for several years now. It has my highest recommendation.

Great food, great people and great service! Highly recommend the filet mignon.

First visit. Appetiser lamb chops somewhat underdone to my request but I stuck with it, not wishing to be overly picky on first visit. Also overpriced at $16 for 2 small chops with no garnish. A poor presentation.
Sadly, calamari was like trying to chew nitrile rubber. Mussels, octopus, clams and shrimp all overdone making the dish a poor attempt at Pescatore (fish and octopus not listed in the menu!). Cook staff need training on these delicate seafood items....OR....suggest to drop this dish from the menu.
My dining partner had salmon with a balsamic reduction. A thin section portion was presented on an otherwise bare plate making for a very poor presentation. We were also charged $6 for a side of creamy risotto although the menu states that dish comes with an entree side. Total $31 is poor value for not a lot of food with no thought to presentation.
Great news is whomever their supplier for Tiramisu is, has a superb recipe. A great finish to a not so great meal.
Cannot recommend until evaluation of another visit on a week night with different choices. Overall, disappointed.

Excellent food and excellent service!

Service was very slow. Had to ask repeatedly for things like water. Entree came out wrong the first time and then again the second time. Manager was trying to help our server, but created even more confusion. No recognition that I had made a reservation to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday - we left after requesting our bill twice and not being offered the opportunity to even order dessert.

Excellent service and awesome food. Servers were on top of their game - same as the Chef - 💪

Mezzanotte never disappoints! The food is consistently amaxing, the service fantastic and the guitar player was wonderful!! It was a very enjoyable evening!!

Gerry and Adrianna are always great hosts at Mezzanotte. This occasion found us dining here with friends from Florida who were in for the Florida/A&M game. We had a great meal and wines and they thoroughly enjoyed everything about the evening.

The sea bass was very dry. It tasted more like tilapia.

Tapas night can't be beat. Great choices! My Martini was made to perfection!

Was great, as every time before

Mezz has been my fav locally owned restaurant since the day it opened. The owners are hands on, the staff is tenured, friendly, and very good at their jobs. The food is always fabulous, the wine list and cocktails top notch. They take reservations and they don't cram people together. They don't rush the tables. Live music and/or appropriate background music. Not too stuffy, and not too casual. The perfect ambiance.

Another fabulous meal at Mezzanotte! We had the Filet and the Chilean seabass and both were amazing. Curtis, our waiter, took great care of us and was engaging as well as helpful. We love this place and will be back!

Wonderful as always

One of our favorite restaurants! The steaks were perfectly prepared and it is such a beautiful place to have dinner. Staff are attentive and take such good care of you. I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant.
