Mia Bella Trattoria - which translates as "My Beautiful" Trattoria - is a delightful combination of Italian tradition and regional American twists. With multiple locations, the dining destinations are fun, intimate and moderately priced just like the traditional Trattorias where Italian families gathered for wine and delicious food. In a tradition of his own making, Owner/Chef Youssef Nafaa has created an exciting menu of familiar foods pushed to a new level with daring preparations and imaginative ingredients. Wine lovers will find a pleasingly extensive list of evenly priced wines while those seeking cocktails will find the same combination of classic recipes and creative mixings which set the menus apart.

Definitely enjoyed my cheese stuffed tortellini with kale pesto sauce, it was definitely not Olive Garden.
My wife and I celebrate New Years Eve here every year with friends. We also eat here for special occasions. Social distancing was practiced and all the staff wore masks. Food and service were great as usual!
Seafood lasagna was excellent, would be nice to have a side salad thought. Bread is delicious.....

The service was ridiculous. We had to ask at least twice for every single thing: plates, serving spoons for shared appetizers, salt and pepper... actual drinks. The server completely ignored my dining companion. It was weird. We would have a second beverage and/or dessert had it been offered. For a restaurant clearly sufficiently staffed, it was inexcusable. But the food was actually good!

Food and service were good, only issue was that they didn’t have any imported beers (Peroni, Heineken, Stella etc) which were on the wine & beer menu.

Very nice dinner. All three of us had different entrees and all were good. It was my husband’s birthday and they brought Crème Brûlée and champagne for each of us to enjoy. The tables were all well spaced and the staff all masked.

My husband's favorite for each and every visit to Mia Bella is Chicken Parmigiana, and mine - grilled salmon! And among the desserts, we highly recommend creme brulee and tiramisu - both are very smooth and not too sweet (very important for the people watching their sugar consumption).

Outside seating, dog friendly. Excellent service. Food is superb. They know how to make a perfect risotto. The scallops are tender, perfectly cooked. Ossobucca was great. Deserts are exquisite.
The food is always outstanding. Service was a little off. I don’t know if it’s because we sat outside or not because I’ve never experienced a drop in service while dining inside.
We think this is the best Italian restaurant in our area, maybe in all of North Houston. The food is consistently excellent, and the wait staff is always attentive and friendly.

We spent a wonderful evening with friends at Mia Bella. As requested, we were seated at a "quiet table". served by a very knowledgable and attentive "Sabrina", and frequented by the owner insuring all was well. It was our first....but certainly not last.....evening dining at this exceptional restaurant. The food was delicious and beautifully presented!

Best Italian cuisine in Houston. Hands down best bread and it’s free. Also service is great. Same waitress from two months ago and remembered us and what my wife had. Will always go back.
