What we ordered was phenomenal. It’s a quaint restaurant but the staff is attentive and very helpful!
We did more of a tapas experience and ordered appetizers and dessert. We had the lemon ricotta carrots, wild game with bone marrow spread, and trout cakes. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portion sizes were perfect for two people.
Drinks were good, too. The French 75 is more champagne than anything, but the Fizz is really sweet and delish!
The desserts were okay. The crème brûlée wasn’t cooked long enough on the sugar and didn’t have the crisp break and the huckleberry would have been better on top instead of in the crème.
The shortcake was yummy but would be a lot better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
