Haiku Restaurants

Iconic for its gorgeous beaches and endless sun, Haiku, Maui, is also a desirable place to enjoy excellent cuisine. On an island where barbecue is a must, try pork ribs or Hawaiian beef jerky, a dish also called pipikaula. Don't leave the island without tasting the barbecue chicken, made with a sauce called huli huli. Fish is also a must. Enjoy everything from ahi tuna, prepared blackened, steamed, or raw, to ruby snapper. After dinner, don't forget the manju, a cookie with a sweet center for dessert.
