My wife and I had given up on Skippers as a dinner choice for us after a couple of "off nights" in the first year or 2 when they reopened after Covid and after their big renovation. But they have made changes and we have gone 3-4 times in the last 2 months and each visit was real positive experience. Whether drinks/apps at the bar or dinner this past Saturday night, Skippers has totally redeemed themselves to us. We recommend it to our neighbors now.
