    Food and table service was absolutely amazing. Slight hiccup when we arrived that caused some concerns but everything was great after that. Prime rib was cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly. Cheesecake was delicious. We will definitely add Jackson’s Prime to our list of regular restaurants, especially for prime rib.

    This Appalachian-Italian dining experience was as memorable as our personal favorite restaurants world-wide. From the service to the food, this dining experience was exceptional. Our server Jamie knew the menu well and how to accommodate dietary needs, as well as assist with wine preferences. We requested the Apex area for a quiet dining experience. A fantastic evening that will not be forgotten. We’ll be back!
