    We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. Our group of 10 was accommodated seamlessly, and every detail of the evening felt thoughtfully handled. The steaks were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The sides, appetizers, and desserts were equally impressive, and the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between upscale and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our dinner special, ensuring everyone at the table felt welcomed and cared for. This was truly a five-star dining experience from start to finish.     Gallos Kitchen never disappoints. We ordered fried oysters, which were delicious as usual, and arancini (didn’t love these,and they were not very warm). We shared a wedge salad, husband had Jambalaya, I had the filet, daughter had chicken fingers. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Service was very nice and excellent timing of our courses.

    I took my friend for the first time and just wanted to compliment everyone from the waiter whose name I believe is Valentine and all the way to the kitchen. The experience was wonderful. Everybody was terrific and the food was gourmet at the best. Thank you so much for a lovely evening!
