A Family Tradition For Over 90 YearsMrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant first opened in 1934 with Mrs. Knott and her children serving the first customers in their tea room. The restaurant has grown over the years into one of the largest in California, but the classic fried chicken dinner is still made the same way today using Mrs. Knott's recipes. Every complete chicken dinner includes handmade biscuits, side salad, choice of cabbage or cherry rhubarb, three pieces of fried chicken, and mashed potatoes smothered in gravy. For dessert: your choice of boysenberry pie or boysenberry sherbet. Many other dishes are also available including grilled chicken, salads, and a number of appetizers.     Omg. Everything was amazing. Nicole and I went here for our first date. The service was absolutely on point. They even gave us a complimentary appetizer for our first time visiting. The music was great and not too loud from where we were seated. It was a perfect atmosphere for us to enjoy each others company and have great conversation to get to know each other. Katie was our server for the night. We were so much into our conversation that we took forever to order and eat. She was so patient and on point with everything. She deserves an accommodation. Katie if you are able to see this. Thank you so so much. You made our evening perfect. I give this place 10 thumbs up and highly recommend you go. The food was delicious and had tons of flavor. You won’t be disappointed.

    Went to Teleferic on a Friday evening for GNO. Our server, Biel, was the sweetest. He was attentive, made wonderful menu recs and offered to take a good photo for us at the end of the night. Perfect spot to take out of town guests for an intimate catch up session over delicious food (we had a corner table). Mojito oysters and pork paella were the highlight dishes of the night!

    The feta app and full baked pita was excellent as well as the meatballs they were yerrific . The pasta with duck was great as well as the burgers and fish the deserts were all good place was top notch and quite reasonable

    Always a pleasure dining here. Family owned, caring fun staff, excellent quality and tasty food, hand crafted cocktails and excellent beer selection. Christmas is in full effect and so cozy there. Definitely worth a trip to check out if you haven’t been. Great patios with blankets & heat lamps to keep you cozy. Nightly specials and good happy hour too!!
