Gorgeous lunch, sat on patio in the sunshine, had a properly lovely pizza and really delish dirty fries and it was perfect. Irene and Caspar fabulous as always 💖

Superb. Chose this pub as it looks great and posted lovely menu updates on social media. It was our anniversary, and after the meal they surprised us with a lovely free desert.

The tuna nicoise salad (autocorrect keeps messing with the spelling) was fabulous. Fish seared and pink, eggs pale yellow and fluffy, lettuce crunchy. Yum yum!

We opted for a late “Sunday Lunch” i.e 17.00 which is a carvery with set price depending on number of courses. We ended doing all three courses which was more than enough and good value at £30.00 each. Lovely desserts were only £5 each so we couldn’t resist them. The staff were very friendly and attentive with no awkward waiting around. All the food was well presented, tasty with a good variety but not overwhelming. There were plenty of meat and vegetables on the carvery and all seemed fresh, not like they had been sitting there for ages, roast potatoes were straight from the oven. The chef serving the carvery was really good. The restaurant is tastefully and well decorated with a refined but not imposing atmosphere. All in all a really great experience. One note is that while light and airy there aren’t actually any windows in the dining room so no sea views, but that didn’t detract from the experience.

Great Nepalese Indian restaurant in the heart of Hythe. Always a warm welcome from the staff on arrival. The waiting staff were attentive and very friendly. Always a nice ambiance which lends itself to a good dining experience. The food as usual was superb, plentiful and gvfm
