I visited on a Saturday night with my daughter and had a really nice experience overall. The service was excellent—Mike, our server, was warm, attentive, and wonderful throughout the evening. I ordered the crusted salmon over sweet potato mash, which was lovely, and my daughter enjoyed the chicken Caesar salad. The dining room itself was just okay. It wasn’t too loud, but it felt very bright and offered little privacy, as it’s open and located right off the lobby. That said, the prices were reasonable, and the quality of the food and service made it a worthwhile visit.

We dine at Safire almost every week, and it has become one of our favorite places to return to. The room has a calm, comfortable feel that makes it easy to relax, enjoy dinner, and actually have a conversation. It feels special without trying too hard. The staff is a big part of why we keep coming back. They are friendly, kind, and consistently excellent. They remember details, check in at the right times, and make the evening feel easy. We have difficult food intolerances, which can make dining out frustrating. Safire has never made us feel like a problem. Chef Jamie Katz clearly leads a kitchen that cares, and that comes through in the food and in the way the team handles special needs. A special mention has to go to sous chef Will Dodd. His Tri Tip is exquisite. On Saturdays, he checks the reservations and prepares a meal for us that is free of our intolerances, but still feels like a real, complete dinner. That kind of attention is rare. The menu is always evolving, which keeps us interested week after week. We have dined at Michelin starred restaurants, and the best ones all share one thing: they make you feel genuinely cared for. Safire does that for us every time.

Five of us has a great time at our “quiet” table which we requested. It was in the back left corner. It was perfect for having a conversation. Our waitress Ericka was on spot.
