Set along the Black Sea waterfront at Sheraton Grand Samsun Hotel, Fora Restaurant offers one of the city’s most scenic dining experiences, with panoramic sea views and a terrace overlooking Samsun Lighthouse. Under the leadership of Abdullah Erdemir, the menu highlights modern Turkish cuisine inspired by Black Sea flavors. Signature dishes include fresh daily seafood, regional meze selections, and expertly grilled specialties prepared with seasonal ingredients. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, ideal for both local guests and visitors. Attentive service enhances the experience, while live music on selected evenings adds a vibrant touch. Recognized with the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award, Fora Restaurant ranked No.1 in 2024 and 2025.
