The freshness was unparalleled, but what made it truly magical was the backdrop—a stunning panoramic view of the sunset that was easily the highlight of the night. The Menu: The following three courses were just as impressive. Often, a meal peaks early, but here, every dish maintained the high standard set by the appetizer. Arrive early, admire an impeccably maintained Relais and Chateau villa with expansive views of Tuscany. Have an Aperol Spritz or beer under the shade of a grove of trees, then ease over to the terrace, where highly trained servers and the sommelier assure that you have a fabulous lunch. Fresh ingredients prepared to perfection and wines chosen rationally. We spent three hours on the property and had a perfect Tuscan afternoon.
