Abby, our server, was patient, thorough, and friendly.

Vera was wonderful and explained the menu and we enjoyed very much. Food was very good and even my gkids had a good time. View is beautiful and restaurant was careful about the cleanliness and wearing masks.

One of the best! The food was excellent, the wait staff was well trained and friendly, the view of the harbor was nice, and the decor was pleasant. One of the few “fine” dining places today that is actually “fine.” Can’t wait to go back.

Food was good but the iceberg wedge had too much dressing and the Brussels sprouts were not that great. Every else was good

Amazing views of the bay with a refreshing cocktail is the perfect start to dinner. Delicious prime rib and a side of lobster Mac & cheese, yum!!

I ordered the pork loin, it was phenomenal; it was an explosion of juicy flavors that ignited all of my senses and made me wish I had a bigger stomach so I could have more of it. My wife ordered the Japanese Ryu steak, it was "melt in your mouth" tender and exquisite. Unfortunately
the Rockefeller oysters were a disappointment. As sides we shared the mashed potatoes and spinach au gratin, they were a perfect combination. Over all, the food was outstanding, the service provide by Lupe was warm and pleasant, the ambient was elegant and welcoming. I think we found a new favorite restaurant.

The service is attentive, servers and wine steward are well trained and knowledgeable. In the event your have a problem with an your dinner, they are ever happy to assist you and make everything to your liking.

If you have a special occasion like my 51st wedding anniversary, let them know when your make your reservation, and you can be ensured that they will help make it special.

Service was great, wonderful view from the table. Food was amazing and full of flavor. I see reviews complaining about the cost, but I feel it was worth every penny.

Very good food and atmosphere! I have celebrated two very important occasions here including my engagement and newly wed dinner. I have always been very satisfied with this restaurant!

Number 13 was lovely. The food was good, but the menu seemed limited and very pricey. We noticed most tables were ordering the least expensive items on the menu. Bar scene was very lively.

We went for my husband's birthday and he was very happy. He had the eggs and prime rib and compared it to Emeril's. He actually thought it was better. I had the Knuckle sandwich and it was fabulous - lot's of lobster and the salad was great. Very nice time and something my husband will remember.

Number 13 is defiantly a little on the pricy side but everything about this restaurant is top notch. The service was very professional and our server was very well informed about the menu items and she was fun too. Her suggestions were spot on. My dry aged steak was a treat, my wifes shrimp and grits were the best she has ever had. The au Gratian potatoes were to die for, no kidding and the bourbon and maple squash was amazing! The drinks were great and this place is very special in many ways. Next time I'm in Galveston I will be back! 100% EXCLENT!!

Great food and service!!!

We went for mine and my son's birthdays this past Sunday at 3:00pm along with my husband since his parents. The service send ambiance were top notch, couldn't have begun better! The food on the other hand could have definitely been better. We all had stark's that were over $50 each in price. These straks were cooked to each person's liking, but definitely lacked flavor. I ordered the steak frite. I asked about the flavor before hand and was told that it was a light sauce with a little spice. The sauce on this steak was so overwhelming that I couldn't even eat the steak. Each piece of the steak was covered in at least 15-20 capers each.
I'm not sure we would return there to indulge in a steak. We may try it out again but order something different which is a shame considering that's what Number 13 is famous for.

Every part of our meal was superb. Out waitress was very knowledgeable about the food and the wine list. The view was spectacular. Definitely will be going back

Our experience we felt very rushed. My wife ordered the Grouper and it was very rubbery and hard to cut with a knife. And it didn't taste very good. She also ordered the coffee and donuts for dessert and was good, except when I made our reservation they asked if was for a special occasion and I told.them it was our 28th anniversary and it was never acnowledged. Usually they would at least right happy anniversary on the dessert plate. It just felt like they wanted to get us in and out quickly.

One of the best restaurants in Galveston. Service was outstanding and all our dishes were great.

The restaurant was only 25% occupied in our arrival. We had to wait over 30 minutes to place our order. We were very disappointed to be told that there were no premium oysters and only six regular size oysters were available. Since the oysters were locally harvested and our reservation was for 6:30 pm, it is incomprehensible that only six oysters were available for that evening. The service was good but very slow considering how thin the patrons were. It took us three hours to dine, and we had no dessert.

Wait staff was excellent. Food was tolerable .
Menu was very limited. My impression was that the steaks are more tasty than the seafood.

Have a long history here so this one less-than-perfect evening won’t deter us.

Had dinner here before a cruise, and had a pretty good time. Service was great, had a very friendly and knowledgeable waiter who had great recommendations. Food was alright, we got oysters, split a steak and side and got dessert - great value for amount of food if you split. Would recommend!

Not much to add to the star ratings. I had the sampler platter (filet mignon, scallops and crab cake) all excellent. My wife enjoyed the snapper and we shared the family-style asparagus and cheese-crusted creamed spinach, both done to perfection. Pleasant ambiance. They have an extensive/expensive wine list. We did not partake. You won't be disappointed by the food, but be prepared for a hefty bill.

Everything was delicious! Our server Vera was amazing and we had the best meal. Great location on the water.

The 60 day dry aged steak was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The seafood was very fresh, the grouper and scallops were excellent. Great selection of wines for the perfect food pairing.

Every thing was awesome. One of our favorite spots in the Galveston/Houston area.

I have been passing by here for the last couple of years wondering if I could ever afford to eat here but on Valentine’s Day I promised my girlfriend we would come there and eat we had the best dining experience we’ve had in a long time the food was fantastic the service was fantastic the view was great all of my special request were handled. the staff was very friendly and very professional our waiter Connor told us about the Thursday night specials so we definitely plan on coming back.

I generally eat here with my girl once or twice a year. Food is always excellent but pricey so we save this for special occasions.

I live in Galveston and the restaurant has been open for many years but I never tried it before. I’m glad I did, everything was perfect. The food,ambience,view and the staff. Darco and Ivan the wine steward were great. It is a little pricey but definitely worth it so I’ll only be able to go ever two weeks or once a month. Try the S’mores dessert with gelato👍😀

Friends were in town to celebrate two of our parties 40th birthday. The food was all around amazing! Zero food was left behind. Our waiter, Taylor was the right level of attentive and helpful. The manager stopped by to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Bravo! It is not often I can offer 5 stars for this level of restaurant. Great job all around. The only negative is that they did not have the first two bottles of wine I wished to order. Had to spend a lot more than desired to necessary.
