   Good beer selection. Great burger and loved the thick cut fries. Suggest you save skittle room and indulge in dessert, it was worth it.

   I made a reservation through Open Table for a Saturday night celebration dinner and when we arrived the hostess told us they were completely booked for a private party. She also told us they don't check Open Table very often. Why participate if you don't actively manage it is beyond me. She offered our party of four a small outdoor table on a chilly night but no real apology or empathy. We really enjoyed our first visit there a year ago, but after this experience we will not return. We went down the street to RusTeak and were welcomed without a reservation and had a wonderful meal.

   Loved the food. The deviled eggs were phenomenal! Bottomless Mimosas on the Kegs and Eggs brunch were good as well. Service was pretty disappointing however. Don't sit outside for Saturday brunch! We were on the patio and it seemed like the waiter totally forgot we were out there for most of the meal.

   This was our third visit to Outpost; first very good, second awful third not so good. Calamari very over cooked carrots undercooked dumplings hard incuttable. Mashed potatoes were parsnips ugh Fried Chicken tough. Collard greens delicious. Service was fantastic friendly prompt. Paid way too much. We love our neighborhood restaurants and support them .. hoping we hear about improvement. Our son said brunch was very good.

    This was my second time there and prices were higher and portions were smaller. Restaurant was busy which is why i think service wasn't great. They were out of some foods and drinks. It took a very long time to get our food and then one of the orders was incorrect twice. They did offer 25% off that person's meal to compensate which was nice and unexpected.

    I've you've been here before and you didn't like it much.. please give them another chance. They've learned their lesson and are amazing. It's a small family-owned business, and they went through some changes, but now you get very high quality food, and they were even ok with my weird dietary requirements and the chef didn't flinch one bit to change the special. I had scallops and steak with sauteed vegetables and didn't even feel like this was a special meal for someone with food issues. I'll definitely be back. I can't eat at many places, and this is now a favorite.

    Scratch kitchen, southern menu, craft beers and cocktails and very reasonable prices make this a regular spot for many locals. We finally got over to that side of town (our "big" trek from Winter Park) and have already planned on our next return. The Chicken fired chicken was divine as was the seafood boil. Can't wait to try the burgers and other menu items. Good happy hours deals too!

    Every time I have gone to the outpost, I have been greeted with great kindness. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make the experience excellent.

    Very eclectic décor and vibe but fun. Food is comfort food with some twists and reasonable pricing on most items. Salads were huge and entrée size was good. Drink menu the usual mix of mixology inspiration with a nice bourbon list. Our server had some issues with experience/training but based on what we saw from other servers we think that was just a anomaly. Friendly staff, live guitar player later in the night and energy made this a place we will return to.

    This was our first, but certainly not last, visit to Outpost. We were very pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and simple, but exceptional menu. The name does not instill a sense of the gem that lies within. Even the ice tea was way above average. Nothing on the menu is average. My wife, and I, shared our dinners of meatloaf and fried catfish. The fish was, and I know my fish, phenomenal, accompanies by mashed potatoes. The meatloaf was very good, much better than most. We ordered a side of Mac n' cheese, which was the best we have ever had. The Online menu states the dish is available with lobster, but alas, due to inconsistent lobster quality and availability, it no longer offered. To top off a splendid meal was a peanut butter pie. Although most menu items are made from scratch, from locally sourced suppliers, these little morsels are provided by a neighborhood bakery. The cheery on top of this meal is the fact that it most reasonably priced. Without reservation (pun) I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for everyday or special occasions alike.

    Great local place with a craft beerish, friendly vibe. The wings and spinach salad were AMAZING. It's a great place to bring a pup or the kiddos on their covered patio. They had a broad range on the menu from lighter bites to entrees. Try it. You'll like it!!!

    Do yourself a favor and give this charming local haunt a try. Large portions, great good & service. When we are back in Orlando, we will definitely go back. Beats the ears off of the usual noisy, overpriced, overhyped, overcrowded chains near the parks.

    I have been to Outpost Neighborhood Kitchen three times, once for brunch, a must, and twice for dinner. I have loved everything that I've tried. The staff is fantastic, always willing to make suggestions and recommendations. I love the atmosphere - they have great live music on a regular basis as well!
