Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and executed. The flavors melded well and were appropriate to the season while maintaining the Spanish Tapas theme.

I love this charming restaurant in Salem, and have brought friends and family there numerous times. Although the menu is limited, the food is delicious and always seasonal. I had a bowl of fantastic roasted squash soup. It had layers of flavor and yumminess. Who would've thought that squash could be elevated so deliciously. I also love their stemware. The stems are so skinny and fragile that I could never keep them safe at my house, but enjoying them at this restaurant feels indulgent. My only wish is that they had a sweeter Riesling - my fav wine. They have bold reds and mainly dry whites. Service is always good. Check this place out. I think you'll be pleased!
