   Waiter was very friendly and did a good job introducing all the stuff we ordered. The outdoor seating is pet friendly and our dog was very welcomed there.

   Reserved and arrived on time but then waited another 35 minutes before being seated. Thought it must be busy… it’s not… lots of empty tables. Apparently, they specifically want to wait for a round table of 5 for us. And the people at that table simply wasn’t leaving after their meal. They finally then decided to put together a 5 people seating using 3 rectangular tables. Terrible. Food was ok…the fried chicken on top of waffle made waffle very soggy.

   We arrived on time — the table was not ready because someone was finishing their meal. We were told the group was leaving and the table would be cleaned soon. 20 mins later - the table for us was taken by another group when we were finally seated and we were directed to another table which was empty since we checked in 20 mins ago. So, what was the point for us to wait for 20 mins ? We sat down, ordered the usual dishes: the fried chicken was not crispy, the pancakes were dry… and being charged for the milk that comes with coffee. Literally, it felt like they had a different chef. Btw, the group took our table had a dog which was barking the whole time and tables around them all left without completing their meals. What a sad brunch ~

   Food quality has very much deteriorated since my early/years ago experiences with Quattro. This was my 2nd dinner visit in 45 days and both times I was very disappointed. Other than a burger at a lunch meeting I had there 90 days ago, nothing has been acceptabled. The "blackened Halibut" I ordered last night for $53 was nothing more than "pasty black ink" layered thickly on top of an unremarkable piece of fish.

   Quattro used to have an exceptional short rib burger that was $28. Now, they use a very small processed patty ( looks frozen) and still charges $28. I could have gotten the same burger at Burger King for $5. In addition, we sat outside due to Covid concerns and they sat another group 3 foot from us despite the face that the outdoor seating was not full at all.

   Perfect setting, away from the busy University Avenue. Cannot wait to come back and dine on the patio next time. Great staff, especially the host and Kemal. The food and drink is so good here. My fave was the special appetizer, the truffle pasta. The only negative is that the place is advertised as a rooftop restaurant. Could be an error on Google or Yelp’s part but it comes up when I search “rooftop restaurants in Palo Alto.”

    Sat outside and had the club sandwich. My friend had the Entree Salad. Food was great, the fries were crispy, and everything was fresh.

    The ambience is classic, the selections most creative and flavorful. Excellent drinks and desserts to. A bit pricey, but that’s probably just the inflation we are living. For a special occasion, it’s worth it.

    Good environment, but the food was miserable, the pasta was undercooked and the steak was very mediocre (the raw material is good, but the cooking was bad). I gave them my credit card for payment and they forgot to charge my card, so I had to go through the process of paying it online the second day.

    My family and I love coming here for brunch! We live in the Bay Area but coming here feels like a nice getaway staycation… The brunch is delicious and the ambiance is always relaxing! I love pancakes and they have some top quality pancakes. Service is always great and accommodating.

    The positive is the food is very good. The negative is the service. Our waiter came a total of maybe three times to check on us. He brought luke warm white wine which should have been chilled and then disappeared virtually. The manager took the wine off of the bill and apologized.

    Not so many vegetarian options but they happily offered to make vegetarian versions of the pasta dishes. We also got a complimentary starter because the pasta was a little late and then a complimentary dessert plate since we were celebrating an anniversary. Nice little touches like that and a very attentive waiter made a very enjoyable experience.

    We had gone with my family for Mother’s Day brunch. For 150 pp they food lacked quality and quantity. Oysters weren’t the freshest they Lobsotor risotto lacked taste and lobster. Over all after spending 1200 bucks. It truly wasn’t worth it

    We ate 4 times here over the course of a weekend since we were staying in the hotel. The food was solid everytime. The brunch in particular was very good. The problem is the service, the individual staff members were working flat out as hard as they could but there simply were not enough of them to cover the occupied tables causing issues. With the current environment for hiring I completely understand but when you are paying $150 a person for brunch its hard to swallow hard when you can't get water refilled or cream for coffee. Perhaps cutting back the number of tables filled would be a better alternative to serve guests.

    We have been dining at Four Seasons restaurants throughout the world for many years, including this one. The food we had last night was not what we anticipated and didn't meet the standard we've come to expect from the Four Seasons. Nothing we had was memorable or delicious. When a chef and/or restaurant tries too hard to develop a gourmet menu, sometimes it simply goes too far, as it has with this restaurant. Based on the food we had last night, we will not be going back and would not recommend Quattro to a friend.

    unfortunately it was the worst experience. server forgot the appetizer and then disappeared for a while after the check was delivered. i was there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they forgot that as well.

    It has been a while since we’ve eaten at Quattro and we understand there’s a new chef there. We had 3 dishes off their revised menu and we loved them! The panko-crusted branzino was especially memorable. We look forward to our next meal soon!
