The roaming band are fantastic! We had such a fun brunch. Our glass was never empty and the food is delicious. Thanks Valentino for making it the best day. Our third time at 100 Wardour for the brunch and we’ll be back again soon.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday celebrations at this restaurant in the lounge. Both my Husband and Son had the sirloin steak and chips and I had the spatchcock chicken and mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly. The cocktails were very nice too. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family to visit here. Next time would like to try the entertainment scene. The decor of the place is shabby chic and toilets very clean.

Four of us went for jukebox bottomless brunch on a Saturday afternoon. The band weren’t v good, but was still quite fun. Food was excellent and they were good at topping up. Recommend

Really was a waste of money. Paid £56. It was supposed to be a Havana / Cuba themed night. There was absolutely no Latino theme whatsoever. We had an awful table right amongst a 60th birthday party. They charged us £8 for music that we didn’t pay to hear because we were expecting Latino music. They also charge 15% service charge but didn’t provide the Cuban Havana service that they promised. Really awful Saturday afternoon
100 Wardour St LoungeResponded on September 5, 2024
Dear Sonia, I’m truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with us. It’s clear that we fell short of delivering the Cuban Havana theme and the overall experience we promised. I apologize for the issues with your table placement and the additional charges that didn’t meet your expectations. We take feedback like yours very seriously and will review our approach to ensure that our themed events align with what we advertise. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

Staff were friendly and the space is pretty, but that’s as far as things go. The service was verrrrry slow, noise level was super loud for dinner, and the food was dense/mislabelled/below par. Real shame as the deal my friend booked was decent price but we just wouldn’t go back.

Dear izzi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciated our friendly staff and the ambiance, but we're truly sorry that the rest of your experience didn't meet expectations. We apologize for the slow service, noise level, and the issues with the food. Your comments are invaluable to us, and we'll be addressing them with our team to improve. We regret that we didn’t deliver the experience you were hoping for, but we hope you might consider giving us another try in the future. Please feel free to reach out to us if you would like to discuss your experience at our venue further.

This is the bargain of the century! To get three courses and a glass of wine for £25 in a restaurant in the heart of the theatre district was simply amazing. And the food was delicious and the wine excellent. I was one of a party of eight and we all raved about the food and the drink and the value. Thanks to all at the restaurant for making it such a lovely pre-theatre experience
