   The band Federico Peña is always excellent. The ambience was perfect but I didn’t expect that large crowd. What I ordered the Sumac Lamb was not what I expected, the food ordinarily very good. Overall the experience was very good and I will be coming back.

   Our experience at 18th and 21st was exceptional. It gives you a nuanced D.C. restaurant feel without having to make the drive down 95 or the parkway. BTW - Our hostess (Danelle) was superb. Make certain to ask if she's available when you stop in.

    We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were presented with a card and two glasses on sparkling wine. Nice touch. The drinks, appetizer, salads and meals were exceptional. The live jazz music is perfect for the setting.

    Great for a special occasion. Very expensive but worth every penny if your looking to celebrate something important or just want to treat yourself once in a while. Staff is very happy and attentive. The speak easy atmosphere is fun and the food and drinks are outstanding.

    Everything was amazing from the time we walked in till the time we walked out of 18th and 21st..it was my husbands and I’s 15 year anniversary and I wanted to take him out on a nice date…we never been here before and at first we was unsure if it was for us but it was.the food was amazing tried some stuff we never had before and it all was amazing the service was fantastic Alicia was amazing (sorry if I spelled it wrong) we will definitely be back soon we also wanna check out cured as well

    18th/21st was a great place to meet friends-great music, delicious food and terrific drink menu. Good selection of food and drink with monthly specials. Loved the filet mignon and seared scallops as well as oysters, lamb meatballs and creme brulee!! We will be back for sure!

    Celebrated our wedding anniversary on a Saturday evening here. This was our first time dining at 18th&21st and staff surprised us with a greeting of "happy anniversary" and giving us a card. Server (Emily) was friendly, professional, and attentive. Food was a bit overpriced. Great jazz and love the art deco feel inside. Free parking in garage next to restaurant building.

    Went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. They didn’t say you need to be 21 to go to this restaurant until we were already there. We needed to seat at the bar (Cured) because we were with our teen and boy. They didn’t have a lot of items in the menu. Ended up having a hamburger… They didn’t mentioned my husband’s birthday even after we told them we were celebrating in the reservation, felt just like a regular week dinner with a higher price than a celebration.

    I am a young single out to mingle. Cured 18th & 21st is my new stomping ground-I love it! Disclaimer for my Gen Z’s & Millennials: do not take pictures as I did🥹🫣- there are house rules when you arrive and they will place them on your table😩🤣. This place is fine dining-very classy- don’t embarrass yourself by showing up underdressed- 💃🏽🕺🏾lol. Need I say more? It’s worth it- make reservations and when you arrive, you’ll have to see my lovely homegirl with the feathers- I forgot her name, but she’s a lovely host with glasses and a great personality!! Tell her I sent you 😉👍🥂

    Food was outstanding. We got a couple appetizers, 3 different main courses and 3 different desserts. Everything was great. Service was great also, our server was knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions. She came by and checked to be sure everything was good a couple times. Just be aware that there is live music later in the evening which was very good but sometimes we had to repeat our conversation to the people at our table of 4. However this was not a problem for us, we enjoyed the music.

    The brunch portions were really small. I got the frittata which came in a small ramekin. Would it have been to much to ask to at least have a side of fruit or something that might take up the rest of the plate?

    The food and entertainment of the Jazz Band was outstanding. My son and girlfriend really like this place and would come back. The value of the food was good except I was never told of a 20% auto service tip when I booked the reservation or when the server came to our table to take the order. The four of us enjoyed ourselves and we would come back for an another occasion. This is a great place to have brunch or dinner. We would recommend this restaurant to all who enjoy fine dinning and live music in a relaxed atmosphere.

    My wife and I wanted an Easter brunch and invite another couple. We knew 18th & 21st would be perfect -- and they were!! Ben was gracious and personable greeting our party at the door. Hillary was an attentive but not intrusive wait person. She not only coordinated the delivery of our drinks and food but she also provided good suggestions and answered any questions we had. The musicians were accomplished and played just the kind of jazz we hoped and their volume was at a perfect level at all times. 18th & 21st has become our 'go to' restaurant venue of choice!
