The 19Seventy Italian restaurant is located inside the brand-new Hilton Hotel in Acradia. Super clean and new place to Dine & Wine for special occasions. Easy and safe place to park (Free) by the Hilton Hotel parking lot. We enjoyed the foods and the clean&safe environments. It's a pleasant place to visit. Note: The guys do not like the overpriced Steak and the serving plates was cold instead of warm plates. The ladies love the grilled Salmon and Fish of the Day (Halibut). Overall, it's quite enjoyable place to treats all the Mommies out for the Mother's weekend.

The hotel has only been opened for five months. The restaurant is running as a smooth operation. The environment is relaxing, the service is friendly. Brandy was very knowledgeable. The filet mignon was excellent. I was able to finish everything for dinner. The drink I ordered was fun. It was a Billini…peach gelato with wine. Mmmm. We will be back.

Overall, this was a pretty disappointing experience. The ambience felt strangely lifeless with harsh, unflattering lighting, low energy, and a dining room that was at least 75% empty, which only made it feel colder and more awkward. It lacked any sense of warmth or atmosphere you’d expect from a place trying to be upscale at a nice Hilton Hotel. Service didn’t help much either. The waiter came across as scripted and disengaged—not particularly warm, not very attentive, and lacking real familiarity with the menu. It felt more transactional than hospitable, and there were multiple moments where we were left waiting or not really listened to. As for the food, it was just mediocre across the board. Nothing stood out, nothing justified the price or setting—it all felt forgettable. Not a terrible meal, but definitely not one I’d repeat.

Wonderful, well-lit room for breakfast. Friendly and efficient service. Excellent menu, many items to choose from, including breakfast pizzas, fritatta, omelets with gourmet ingredients, and incredible, limoncello French toast. Excellent coffee drinks as well.

Yes, 19Seventy at the Ovalo is often recommended for date night. Many guests praise the elegant, modern setting, well-crafted cocktails, attentive service, and standout dishes like the tableside short rib pappardelle, making it a romantic spot for a special evening. A few guests reported quieter or lifeless moments on very slow nights, so for the best experience consider a weekend evening or a reservation and mention any special occasion when booking.

Portions are generally generous and shareable for many dishes. Guests note the short rib pappardelle is a two-person portion with plenty to take home, and the pizza is served in a six-slice format. Some pasta dishes can be rich or heavy (and one guest found a tableside pasta very rich), while a couple of guests mentioned pasta absorbing sauce if left too long, overall portions are reasonable for fine-dining prices.

Families do dine here and guests often bring teens or celebrate birthdays with children. The restaurant’s fine-dining focus means there’s no explicit kids’ menu reported, but private rooms and accommodating staff make it a good choice for family celebrations. For younger children, consider an earlier seating or request a private or quiet table when you reserve.

Yes, at least some public holidays; guests reported the restaurant being open on Christmas and serving diners, though holiday staffing and service can vary. For major holidays and large local events the restaurant can be very busy, so call ahead and make a reservation if you plan to visit on a holiday.

Yes, guests consistently mention two private dining rooms used for birthdays and small group events, and several parties have hosted celebrations there. If you need private dining for a party, contact the restaurant to confirm availability, capacity, and any booking policies.

Yes, families do dine here and guests often celebrate birthdays and family occasions, and staff have hosted private celebrations. The restaurant offers quieter seating and private rooms (mentioned by guests) that work well for family gatherings. Specific accessibility features (ramps, wheelchair-accessible restrooms) aren’t listed in the available information, so call ahead if you have mobility needs to confirm accommodations.

Mostly warm, modern, and elegant, many guests describe a serene, well-lit dining room with thoughtful decor and an upscale hotel setting that feels approachable. Several guests loved the welcoming staff and relaxed vibe. A minority of guests found the dining room lifeless or felt lighting and energy were off on slow nights, so experiences can vary by night and crowd size.

Busiest: big event nights and holidays (guests reported long waits and slow service on NYE and during Rose Bowl events). Quietest: weekday lunches, brunch, and non-event evenings tend to be calmer with more attentive service. Plan around local events and make reservations if you want a less hectic experience.

For a relaxed experience, aim for weekday lunch, brunch, or an early dinner, guests often recommend business lunches and brunch as pleasant, quieter options. Weekend evenings can be lively; avoid major event nights (Rose Bowl/holidays) when the restaurant can get very busy and service may slow. If you want the tableside pasta or a special occasion, reserve and mention it when booking.

Business casual is the recommended dress code. Guests typically dine in smart, comfortable attire that matches the restaurant’s fine-dining yet approachable vibe, a good choice for date nights, business lunches, and celebrations.

For a calm, attentive experience try a weekday (Tuesday–Thursday) for lunch or an early dinner, or a weekend brunch when the atmosphere is pleasant but not overly crowded. If you want a lively evening, weekend dinners are good, just avoid major event nights when the hotel fills and service can slow.

Yes, guests frequently celebrate birthdays and special occasions here, and staff are noted for accommodating requests like birthday table setups and tableside pasta preparation. If you have dietary restrictions, seating preferences, or want the tableside short rib pappardelle prepared for your table, call ahead and let the team know so they can accommodate your party.

Not a formal public waiting list is mentioned, but guests report waits and delays on very busy nights (holiday and event evenings). Reservations are recommended, and if you arrive on a peak night you may experience a wait, calling ahead or arriving earlier can help avoid long delays.
