They booked out the reservation weeks in advance and we showed up the day of and the restaurant was closed for a private party. You couldn’t notify people in advance?! We had to scramble on a Friday night to find a reservation last minute.

The Caesar salad was large enough for four people- it was strangely large and difficult to eat. The wild salmon was served with the skin on, so we had to cut the skin off and the layer of fat below the skin. The vegetables were not roasted. The menu was limited, the type of menu where you can’t find something to order. Only fried chicken, which is not healthy for most. The rice pudding could have been creamier without the candy topping. Seems like they need some fine-tuning. Not sure we will go back.

We have been to 504 several times now and every time we have really enjoyed our meal as well as the drinks. The chef makes very original dishes. We like how the menu is streamlined - less is definitely more! This time I had the salmon that was accompanied by a saffron sauce that I actually drank what I didn’t use on the salmon and veggies! My son dipped his fries into it as well! Delicious!! 😋

We both had a very beautiful experience here. The ambience and setting was very comfortable. The service and staff was excellent. Wonderful aroma filled the air through throughout our dining. The food was incredible. A really great value for the $85 menu tasting special. Me and my date each got this special which had quite a lot of food, but exactly what I was looking for to get the whole experience and variety of dishes. Exceptional ingredients and flavors.

Excellent meal for our Mother’s Day celebration. Nice wine selection. Nicole provided great service and explained the menu selections very well. We had Wagyu meatballs, ceviche, Wagyu steaks, chocolate cheesecake and rice pudding. We will definitely return. Food was flavorful and serving size was generous. It was a nice touch for the chef to come to our table to talk about the meals.

Our meal was amazing and Nicole took good care of us. We had bao buns and truffle potato croquettes to start, followed by a couple of burgers, tuna tostada and Brussels sprouts crostini - everything was yummy. A minor complaint would be that's it's really loud and hard to hear each other.

My friend and I had a wonderful evening with a fantastic server and beautiful, extraordinary food., plus excellent wine. I am so grateful that this gem is in my neighborhood!

Eclectic and unique fusion food. Guatemalan, French and Italian influences. Chef Christian and Bartender Tyson are top notch. Solid bourbon, scotch and mezcal selection and very inventive cocktails.
