This was our second time having dinner at Ajisai Sushi & Steak, and overall this place is badass. Our latest visit was on Mother’s Day with a 5:15 reservation, but we weren’t seated until close to 6:00 PM. Honestly, we had a similar experience during our first visit as well. The front check-in counter feels pretty unorganized and chaotic, especially with only a couple people trying to check everyone in. I’m chalking it up to growing pains since the restaurant is still fairly new, but they definitely need to streamline the seating and check-in process. That said, once you get seated, this place delivers. The food was excellent, the hibachi show was great, the wait staff was fantastic, and the table bussers were absolute rockstars keeping everything moving smoothly. We’ll definitely be back again. Hopefully by then they’ve tightened up the front-end process, because everything else about this place is seriously impressive.

It was an amazing meal and we went all out with sushi, Wagyu and the whole experience with great cocktails, lying sake, and even a Shirley Temple. Would highly recommend the place, although it was a little tough on the pocketbook that should be expected for some of this quality.

Second time visiting, but definitely not our last. Great food, great show, and great service. We really enjoy how attentive both the chefs and the servers are. They check in regularly to see if anyone needs anything which is so great. Food is great which comes with a bit of a price tag but is definitely worth it for the quality, taste, entertainment and general ambience. Reservations are a must, and we only waited a few mins while the next teppenyaki table was prepped. Sushi rolls were delish, but the real star is the hibachi. The scallops are my favorite.

Well, maybe I had too high expectation. I did not go for hibachi but more for Ala cart menu. Ambience was good, and service was great. My daughter did order hibachi menu cooked in the kitchen, but she said Benihana was lot better (Benihana uses loads of butter). I order sushi/sashimi/roll combo and presentation was excellent, but some of the fish was not that fresh tasting and dry. Also ordered calamari tentacles, with was solid, but did not like the dipping sauce. Perhaps I may go back for the hibachi experience, but definitely would not go back for sushi

We went for Mother’s Day. It was great. It resembles Benihana a lot but way better. The food was better quality and better options. I wish the news bad vegetable oils other than that I was awesome.

Very noisy but it's because everyone was there to celebrate a special occasion. Not recommended for children. Greeters could always be more attentive and friendlier.

What a wonderful renovation from Cracker Barrel to beautifully ornate Ajisai. The experience was amazing, sushi and hibachi were delicious. My only complaint was the front desk was hustling franticly. I had made a reservation and it took 15 min just to get through the line to the front counter. So prepare to eat 45min-1hr after arrival. It is a longgggg experience. I highly recommend, just don’t come in starving because it was take a while to get food.

You have served my team their meal, and now have served my family their meal. Both meals delicious and well tended to. Thank you for maintaining an effective and capable service tempo.
